Free Shipping on all orders worth PKR 5,000 or more.

For orders below PKR 5,000, a standard delivery fee will be charged based on your location.

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–5 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy under the following conditions:

Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
